lol, it has gone on for over 1 hour, and HN got bored covering it.
I’ll never understand why they don’t simply wait for an opening in traffic and ram these idiots off the road. God forbid you might injure the person running, instead just hang back and wait for her to crash into an innocent person. Then the runner caused the injury, and the cop is in the clear.
