How do you get the angles and everything lined up right? Do you have to make some kind of jig?

Yes, it is for steve’s Locust. I went to my steel supplier to find a piece of tube that would be as close as possible to a press fit for a 2wd S-10 lower ball joint. I’m going to tack weld it in for extra measure. I’ll post some more pics when I get the uppers made and the knuckles hung. There wasn’t any problem with it shifting when welding. I laid it out on top of a full scale sketch and tacked it in three places. The design was drawn out right underneith the chassis, using plum bobs.
