my thoughts exactly, they could have easily made 1000 hp on a cobra motor or 5.4 liter GT setup
i want them to put this setup in a GTO or a Z06 and go after the bugatti veyron for the fastest car in the world
cause they want it to run…

i’m fully aware of w2w’s shop history. they do make some bad ass cars. the vid said LSX block then the article said LS7 so i wasnt sure which one is correct
That is the proper way to build a Mustang. Ford tough with Chevy stuff. W2W has built some serious street machines lately. Also, they do alot of prototyping for the manufacturers in Detroit. I believe that one of the owners of W2W is the former founder/president of PAS (them fine chaps who built the Syclone/Typhoon & also were involved with many other performance cars turned out by GM). These giuys know their shit!
Kurt Urban (the guy in the video with the beard that was interviewed from W2W) has the '68-'72 style Nova that was in Hot Rod a few months ago with the twin Rotrex blown LSx motor (pic below). It was at Drag week & posted some times in the mid/low 9s. Pretty bad ass if you ask me. I love the look of it, just a plain Nova with fat rear tire & Cal Tracs traction bars, but a fully modern 900-1000 hp EFI motor under the hood. No scoops, no advertisement. that nova is in my opinion, the baddest car ever produced… the sleeper factor is just amazing. bout time someone did the ultimate sleeper. cage is kinda hidden too. unbelieveable how awesome that car is.

People have been putting Chevy motors in Fords for years, so nothing new. Still a pretty sweet project…
The LSX name was started only because of the different LS based engines out there now. We have the LS1 LS2 LS4 LS6 LS7 and maybe soon the LS3, LS8 and LS9. So instead of sayin one of them everyone is now calling our LS engines LSX. idk if anyone else noticed this, they say its a ford mustang GT, but its clearly a V6 and one of the guys interviewed even says so.
yes they screwed up somewhere in there. It is definately a V6 car…not a GT
