MAG auto auctions??

Dont know if i posted this in the right place or not but i figure if i didn’t someone will move it. But my question is are the cars there any good? has anyone bought from there before? good info bad info…hell any would do me good

i have towed a few cars out of there. mostly POS well tahts why they need towed. but some are ok. i wouldnt go in there lookin for a 20K car. but if your lookin for a beater should be good.

bought a car there and was able to make a few bucks. But don’t go expecting to find great deals. Once you bid the car take inot account how much the fees are on top of purchase price of car.

We send all of out junk trade ins to that place. I’m not sure about other dealers but anything that will not pass our safty checkover goes there.

what type of fees are we talking
lets say i get a beater for like 400 after fees approx how much would it be

I’ve been buying and selling out of there for a while now. It has its ups and downs.

The public fee im not sure of, im sure its on their website somewhere: www.4mag.com

Its probably a flat fee then a % of the winning bid.

"What are the charges after I’ve won?
Upon completion of an auction, if a vehicle has been awarded to you, your credit card will be billed $400.00 or 30%, whichever is greater. If the current high bid is lower than $400.00, then your credit card will be billed the amount of your winning bid. You are responsible for the balance due on the vehicle (see more under Internet Bidding Guidelines). "
Thanks gear…400 bucks or 30%…better off buying from a private seller and tellin the notary it was bought for 100 bucks

the notary will come out and look at the car with their kelleys blue book most of the time

The car I bought there ran when I bid on it but didn’t run when I came to pick it up…The car was nothing but problems. I sold it for 100dollars later. You definately have to watch the fee.
