I am guessing that the headline is misleading. I bet he was hanging out at the gas station selling weed and E. Then police asked him what he was doing, and he replied “getting gas”. Then they asked him where his car was and he didn’t have one.
The headline of the article is written to generate interest (which it did) but i really don’t think that it went down like you guys think.
