Martial Arts?

Looking to get into either a Martial Art or boxing. I know there is tons out there and wondering what some of you are taking and what its main focus is.

Mainly, I work security at night and in the process of working it full time so I am looking something to expand my strength and ability in that and also something to keep me in shape.

Let me know what you guys are into, where, costs, etc.

Thanks

I took kempo for 12yrs got my 2nd degree black belt, was fun and kept me in good shape. If I could find the time I would love to go back to some form of martial arts but not where i went, we never competed in one tourny only went to other schools to spar/practice! Wny karate on transit in williamsville is a really nice place and the owner Jim is one of the most sincere/nicest people you could ever meet.

:word: I use to study Ishen Ryu there. Awsome, very straight forward/agressive martial art. I am definatly going to get back into it when I get the chance.
