There are a quantifiable number of dairy farms in the US. Peta supports legislation that would make these institutions more “humane”. By garnering public support, they hope to generate a public push for this kind of legislation.

People like to use long-term, radical goals as a reason to dismiss short-term, realistic goals.

i am just saying for all of the people that do drink it, or at least use it for ceral or coffee or w/e. but i dont see peta ever being happy until these animals are set free. they have always preached this and i dont see that changing even if they do get their way

You are right PETA will not be happy until everyone lives in perfect harmony. Like I said its nice to have both sides of the arguement

Well of course not, but let’s say that there was a known poisonous pill, called KILLEX, on the market, for some reason.

PILLCO is an organization that is attempting to, for whatever reason, eliminate prescription drug use.

Their first order of business is trying to ban killex.

Not supporting pillco’s plight to ban killex because they ultimately want to take away your prozac seems pretty narrow minded.

That’s how you guys are coming across. There will always be radicals, but legitimate, conservative change can result from radical movements.
