people who live in the area, up untill 6 months ago when i moved to the north hills i shopped there. Althought i probably went to the waterfront more often then CIII mall. But the other places around the mall I went to a lot. The mall itself has a lot of beat one off mom and pop places now which kinda sucks. The good thing about that, is you have a lot of seasonal places for halloween, xmas, and all that which is nice unlike ross park that has one. The bad thing is everything is always changing or moving around.
