Im not trying to be a real dick but just simply not paying on a car that got destroyed and wasnt the banks fault at all is shitty for the bank because even if they repo the car its worth about $150 in scrap and you because you wont have any credit for quite some time. Obviously the bank really cant come after you because you have no assets and no wages to garnish.
