I didn’t see a thread for this, so here it is…
I went. It was my first Metallica concert. Great show, will go again.
I posted 6 videos I took from the show. The audio and video aren’t bad at all considering I used my wife’s Canon PowerShot for it. I wish I was able to bring my Rebel T1i in and get some HD video. Oh well…

Volbeat is def one of my new favs, I hate LoG, and Metallica is just fucking amazing.

I was really disappointed I couldn’t find anyone to go with. I don’t care what other people say, Metallica is still great.

That was definitely an awesome show. Between the pyrotechnics, the setlist and the fact that they sound amazing live I was blown away. Kirt’s solo was pretty wild too. At first I was looking for the second guitar. Kirt is even more impressive in person.
I went also. We had Box seats with an unobstructed view. I was surprised they played Turn the Page. I love that song but ironically hate the original vers by Bob Seger. Disapointed that there was nothing from Load tho.

We were there as well. Section 103. Awesome show. It was my 7th time seeing them live. Do I not remember correctly or did they play nothing from St. Anger, Load, or Reload?
Metallica? Really? I would have never pinned you as a Metallica kind of guy. Especially after seeing your enormous John Mayer CD collection.
It was a great show? So someone bashed Lars in the head with a lead pipe a few times?

It was my wife’s CD you bitch! Plus there are a few good Mayer songs. I listen to a wide range of music. Yes, I have been listening to Metallica for a long time, just never got to a concert of theirs. Plus I used to manage a record store, Cavages / Crazy Charlies when they were in the Summit Mall and Factory outlet Mall.
I was going to post them up to my Google Images eventually and I’ll post when they are up. Not bad for a steady hand and no flash. 
So I wasn’t losing my mind. Good to know. That’s pretty awesome that you can download the entire show on their site. I just might do that.

Agreed. I didnt get it either. Dont get me wrong I really like a couple covers off that album but they have tons of their own songs that are great.
