Methanol is here!

Many of you have purchased meth injection kits from us and I wanted to let you all know our stock of methanol has arrived.

I know some of you have spent 10 bucks a gallon getting it online. We’re offering it at $3 a gallon. :headbang:

Those who want to buy a drum, we’re selling 54 gallon drums for $149.

Ohhh boy… Looks like I need to get my ass in gear…

Oh baby can i buy some to make biodisel?

oh man at that price i may not be done with my power mods for the year heh.

You can buy it to strip paint for all I care as long as you put it in a safe container.

Got you beat champ  Its on the way  You must have our shop bugged or something. This shall be interesting/

Just so people know, methanol injection is not legal in Street Mod… better have a backup tune for straight water injection if you plan to auto-x this year.

mmm… i already have water injection… this will be good…

Can you just lied and say it’s water…not methanol  ??

Good to know. What classes is it legal in? My rulebook is too old to be useful.

Classing at the local level is based almost solely on the honor system. Plenty of people lie about what they have done, but it’s never made sense to me. There is no fortune or fame, let alone a real trophy for winning so you might as well be honest and just go out and have some fun.

Alcohol OK??

Eh no, but youve done it in my shop so its the same thing

Nope…

3.6 FUEL
A. Stock and Street Touring Class vehicles will use service station
pump fuel only. Pump fuel is defined as that which is “Federally
approved for use on public highways.” This does not allow
racing-type fuels which are available at service station pumps.
B. Street Prepared, Street Modified, Prepared, and Modified class
vehicles may use diesel fuel or any grade of gasoline. Gasolines
consist entirely of hydrocarbon compounds. Gasoline may
contain antioxidants, metal deactivators, corrosion inhibitors
and lead alkyl compounds such as tetraethyl lead. Oxygen and/
or nitrogen bearing additives are prohibited, except for those
originally present in service station pump fuel. Oxygen and/or
nitrogen bearing oil additives are prohibited in two-cycle engine
oiling systems.

Not legal in any of the classes, apparently. Here is the link to the discussion on SCCA Forums:

3 bucks a gallon is about what I used to pay 4 years ago when I ran karts. It’s good shit but don’t get it on your skin.

Drama?

I don’t have time for drama. Drop it please.

mike what kits do you sell? i’ve been looking into it more lately…

Coolingmist 150 psi kits. I have progressive and non-progressive kits, various tanks, nozzles, switches, etc. all in stock.

edit: I sell Aquamist too, but forgot since nobody seems to buy them anymore now that Aquamist has a fully tunable controller like what aquamist sells for 700 bucks.

It’s here!
