Mid-Engine Corvette C8 2020

It wasn’t so much that he was whining, it was that everything was posted by some workers at the shop, which was not supposed to happen and there were stories being made up about the situation that simply weren’t true.

If I were trying to get a dealership to make good on their mistake, I wouldn’t want it posted on social media either. You have way more leverage by working with the dealership to keep it under wraps.

Yeah if dealership employees were posting my smashed car on social media I’d be pissed too.

When the dodge dealer took the viper in for a quick once over I got a photo with a tool box on top of it, after a phone call that was resolved.

I always love fat fucking tires in the rear. So god damn sexy.

I always love moving aero :+1:

Less power than the C7 Z06?

Right lol needs a 427 fuck that 5.5 shit

Less power, twice as fast.

The c7 z06 0-60 is more than the c8 base model.

AWWWWW YEAH

But the rumor’d ZR1 c8 is supossed to have over 1000, we will see.

I’m curious as to why/how this is the case too. The C8 weighs about the same ore more than the C7. The only thing I could think of would be gearing.

Is there less power loss with a Mid rear over a Front rear?

No, but there is more traction for your launch. That’s the difference. C7 Z06 doesn’t have enough weight on the rear tires to launch all that HP the way the MR C8 can. If you look at the 50-120 numbers I bet you’ll see the C7 Z06 kill the C8 because traction problems are removed at that point.

Guess I didn’t realize the C8 is 40 front 60 rear for weight distribution, while the C7 was 50/50. I thought they were both 50/50. Makes more sense.

Ummmm

Sounds good to me, unsure of the quad pipes in 2 different sizes but guessing that won’t make it to production

But do you like the two different size quad pipes if the smaller pipes are wastegate dumps?

Maybe the smaller ones are sex holes for when the garage door closes and you’re all by yourself with your new baby

I like that idea but don’t think that would comply with emissions…

Spotted one on the other side of the road in PA over the weekend. It was behind a new-ish Ferrari. Despite that it still stood out, in a hot-wheels kinda way. Still want to see one up close.

Owners are opening the front trunk by accident. It’s interesting that when it’s not fully closed the car is speed limited to 82. Why 82 I have not idea, but that seems high, lol.

Reminds me of when peeps were leaving the roofs unlatched in c6 vets and they go flying.
