i need to race mad people so i can get level 9
Yeah you can recruit them still… I can’t stop that… but I was stopping ppl racing me while I was offline and not able to have any say whether you race someone or not.
when you get alittle farther in the game you’ll be beggin’ people to race you while your offline to gain exp.
