No problem, the only part of my comment that pertained to you was “THIS”. The rest I was aiming at the OP. Sarcasm fails on the innerwebs…
this has got to be a joke…

All i have to say is that thing better have an RB swap in when you are done. If you spend that much time making that “thing” look like a skyline. You better make sure it at least accelerates like one.
Wow… where do I start?
Im speechless… I swear I wouldn’t even take a job like that even if I gave you a $12,000 estimate and you had cash in hand!!!
Projects like this give Pittspeed a bad image. I just can’t believe it… If I was an admin, I would perma-ban you just for being an idiot. WTF are you thinking!!!
Please just let me know what inspired you to put your hard work into that pile of shit, maybe you should save the money you spend on a pallet of bondo and go get your head examined!
:bowrofl:
You know what, to everyone that has something shitty to say, go fuck yourselves, i’m done with this thread, you guys can talk as much shit as you want, i really don’t care anymore, i’m doing this car for fun, and for myself, not for anyone else, and as far as pittspeed having a bad name? what good name does it have? a bunch of keyboard racers running their mouths cuz they have “the coolest car” that they’re mommies and daddies paid for? To all the shit talkers, that wouldn’t know how to change their oil without an instruction manual, go FUCK YOURSELVES!!! and i don’t care if i get banned.
:grouphug:
one of the things I like about this site is that you don’t find many of these people on this site /\ pricks and shitalkers yeah, but most everyone I’ve met in person has some form of skill or willingness to take on their own project
look at where he’s from, near monroeville…i know exactly where he’s coming from.
just keep workin on it foo, you’re not doing it to please anyone but yourself.
wen ur done can u plz do this 2 my car?
kthxbye
x2…most peolpe here are real cool in person, and will help if asked
I know loads of people on this board, and regardless of their online image they are far cooler than you’d expect. I talk shit, but I always help in the end. You know internet animosity…blah blah blah.
You just might have have found the only project where no one here wants to help…congrats!
yeah that’s what bugs me, most people i’ve met are pretty cool in person, it just sucks getting put down for something you’re working your ass off on every chance you get. Oh, and i do have a question, does anyone out there have an extra gallon of black base coat they don’t need? My other project is a 94 blazer and i’m trying to get it painted before winter, doesn’t matter what the paint code is, just so it’s black.
because. there is a fine line between a project and scrapmetal.
It’s not our fault man, but you have to understand how the world works. See, both you and your car are gigantic fucking jokes. People laugh at jokes. It’s not our fault that you’re such a faggot. We cannot control that. We can only react. So please, look in the mirror.
And :bowrofl: @ us all having mommy and daddy buy our cars and not knowing how to wrench on them. Thats fucking priceless.
x2.
i haven’t had anyone bust my balls on here for a few days, i’m a little surprised, work on the front end is coming out pretty decent, though if anyone has any suggestions on what i should use as far as building an enclosure for the 89 civic headlights, let me know. thanks
Ugh, well its apparent your not going to stop at this point…can’t believe I’m doing this but here it goes.
89 lights might not be what you want. Those holes look much taller than what the lights themselves, so that might leave humongous gaps (not that the car has those elsewhere…anyways). Also the civic lights are not square shaped, they are slanted towards the middle. The holes are sorta square-ish so thats going to be a mounting issue. I had this pic laying around, comparing the size & shape I say its going to be a sloppy fit.
Also, you’ll need corner lights. Something the 89 headlights do not have integrated into them. And I don’t know how civic corner lights would slop into the front end, I suppose you could just cut some metal away. I’d almost look elsewhere to a car that has slightly taller lights and integrated corner marking lights. I’d almost say older BMW 3-series lights since those are square. If you use the 89 lights, there are two bolts up top for mounting, and the lower mount bolt rest on a 90 degree angle. Probably wouldn’t be hard to build some brackets out of some flat steel (top & bottom) and drill some holes, run the bolts, etc. And for God sakes enlarge the bottom lower air intake hole in the bumper so its proportional.
wtf happened to the 8 pages of people calling this kid a faggot that was hallarious.
