I had it running on two…

Now on three…

My old plug wires broke leaving the rubber boot at the bottom of the spark plug tubes… A trip to walmart for fish hooks and surgical “scissors” did the job for one but not the other. I hate this car.

Fuck. Suggestions?

shit is in there good. 8" down, rubber is right to the sides making it not come freely.

Right now I have sharp fishhooks at the end of medical clampy things… its not doing the job. Same idea as the coat hanger though.

All i could say is keep trying, there isnt to much that fits in a 1" hole and 8"deep.

OK, need some help with valve adjustment and then I can get this thing broken in.

I have never done a valve adjustment before nor do I have the proper tool, so if anyone could shoot me a PM and help me out before noon tomorrow I would be greatful.

Feeler gauges, closed-end wrenches, and screwdriver. That’s it- and an overnight cold motor- for certain. Trying to do valve lash on a ‘warm’ motor is generally pointless and results in more noise than when you started… If you’ve got the Helms manual for your motor, that’s the best to stick with. Somewhat time consuming, but not a difficult job.

Easy to do… I have never owned a Honda but I have done this adjustment a handfull of times on both B and D series. Its not a bad time
