I ended up buying a TekPro 3000LR from Atlantic British to do a few things with my LR collection, it’s basically a Omnitech unit re-branded for Atlantic British. Long story short if you have a Mini or Land Rover and want some factory settings changed let me know. I’ll do it for el-cheapo, just looking to get a few bucks back from this investment. I cannot do any real ECM settings, (just extensive diag) but there is a bunch of Chassis\BCU\Security setting that can be manipulated. It also has all your typical actuator testing and ABS actuators need for bleeding.
The capabilities of the unit are fairly limited, certainly not as extensive as what I’m used to with a Tech2 or HPtuners. Either way if your in the Southtowns and need something let me know. If you have a BMW, let me know - I’m curious to know what it can do on these…it’s listed as a option, just curious what it’ll actually let you do.
Yes it can - it at least had that option for my LR. Love your S by the way, I always see you going down Pierce.
Not sure about the cruise control - the documents that came with it are pretty poor. Need to hook to a Mini to find out.
For my Disco 2 it did not have anything with cruise but each manufacturer\model will be different. For the Disco it had the ability to change seatbelt warnings, disable “superlock” (thank god!), set whether it had heated front windshield, heated seats, window timeouts after ignition off, and a bunch of others. I’ll update as I find out more after playing with it.
