ya that list is a bit outdated…but it is kinda cool to see what people made last yr…in the form of a list of the whole team…I am sure in a couple of months they will have a list for this years team.

Here ya go No Malkin this year

isn’t hockey over? i think i saw the penguins packing up the don farr moving trucks… aren’t they outta town asap?

It seems we still may get him…lets hope we do

Don Meehan, who represents Malkin, said he is about to begin contract negotiations with the Penguins and expects the 20-year-old center to head to North America soon…

Malkin is under contract with Metallurg Magnitogorsk of the Russian Super League for two more years. Meehan said it is his understanding that Russian labor law allows employees to leave their employers with a certain type of notice. He expects several Russian players who have been drafted by NHL teams to use the same means to leave Russia.

I dunno what this “certain type of notice” is but I hope it is all legit

I am 100% sure the shady ass russian govt is prob putting guns to Vladislav Tretiak and anyone else who has to sign the transfer agreement heads…fuck that beat ass country

WTF? i’m so sick of those fucks over there. how did the Caps get Ovechkin? wasnt it shady? we need to do whatever they did.

They prob got him…the way that I quoted in my post

The biggest thing you have to worry about is the Russian Mafia threatening to kill their families and shit. I remember back a couple of years ago they did it with , I believe it was Kovalchuk, and he ended up staying in Russia one extra year because of it. They are fuckin’ goofy over there.

Oh, and btw, if we don’t get Malkin, then Malone’s contract all the sudden becomes alot more fair than it was previously b/c he’ll be our 2nd line centerman.

agreed
