how could you slip on this one, i thought you were really smart? 81 home games… granted 65,000 people don’t show up per game but that 81 games where people are doing the exact same thing… thats 2,000,000 people this season doin those exact same things.
so in theory if the steelers play the max number of home games in a season (13) times 65,000 thats only 845,000…and say we add in pitt for good measure and let say they play a heavy home schedule with 7 games that comes to a grand total of 1.3 million…those are all stretch numbers and there is still a 700,000 difference between what PNC park did bring in this past season not including any of the all star event… the numbers don’t lie… PNC park is way more profitable for the city than heinz. Steeler fans are just dumb enough not to believe rooney schiested them again.
