So I found some oil around the secondary spark plugs on my sv today.

I couldn’t get a good look at main plugs on top of the heads bu they didn’t seem to have oil around them, but both lower secondary plugs do. If anyone is confused I mean the 08+ models of sv that came with dual plugs per head.
I’ve seen it once before, pulled the plug and it looked clean, wasn’t fouled on the thread or the electrode. I could be wrong about the thread though, haven’t pulled it this time. Is this some non-issue and I need to get my panties untwisted, or should I worry?
Likely your spark plug tube seals. I wouldn’t worry.
Oleg, I am sure you will get a better understanding from svrider.
If it is not literally dripping oil, I would clean it up, check oil level and monitor for awhile after every ride.
What Rocketpunch said.
Thanks guys, I wiped it down yesterday and did 40 miles today, looks clean so far. I’ll keep an eye out for it coming back and see if it relates to anything specific.
