what is a good motor oil to run? my car has 240xxx kms on it, but i am not sure of the best oil, right now i run castrol gtx or valvoline high milage, but is there something better?
Id just continue with the high mileage stuff. A thinner oil will probably just mean youll start to burn some.

I’d run a 15W 50 is you want to handle heat better…but I mean…it all really depends on smaller things.
