Well…its only whe you are doing the standing pedal thing. And once you are aware of it, it is not awkward or unconfortable to avoid at all.

A- Street legal defines a vehicle that is legally allowed to travel on the streets. This motorized bicycle kit is street legal in all states. Some states require license and registration for a factory made moped, but a customized bicycle is considered pedal assist by federal law.
Tires and brakes do not and can not meet D.O.T. Spec., let alone the headlights taillight and turnsignal. Thus uninsurable, unregisterable, uninspectable.
If you are talking about not registering it, that is illegal in refrence to what JayS posted in the #7 post.

I rocked one all last summer when gas was through the roof. Except mine sported a robin-subaru engine mounted on the rear with a drive roller. Mine went 32mph and got a steady 230mpg.
