I can’t use firefox anymore, It keeps telling me the updates are missing some files. Safe Mode does not work either.
What should i do ?

fixed it, had a tr/crypt program on it.

Clean your computer. Soap and water.
ask me the same bullshit again and went with it.
this time no problems and now it’s Firefox/2.0.0.12

use IE7, it works better
I’d use a mac first
I’d use lynx before either of these.
AVG is excellent for what it is. Glad it clean up your crap. Did you look into any add-ons that prevent scripts (no-script, etc.) in Firefox from haxoring your box?
