When is your expected fire date on the motor?
No idea. But i shall be ruining nice things by spring time i can promise you that

Just got word, I’ve been granted my 2010 DMCC Pro unconditional license after going through a brief appeals process. I’ll be doing all 5 rounds of the Canadian East championship come spring/summertime.

Finished up the firewall trimming and grinding. Now I need to wash the engine bay and then get some stuff welded up. Waiting on the trans adapter plate before we can do the test mounting of the drivetrain. The reduction of the fake firewall will help push the motor back an additional 4" or so.
Also took the vinyl off the other side of the car. Just have the rear end, windshield and a pillars to go.

Yeah if you compare the heater core pipe locations:
I gained around 4" in the engine bay front to rear, and by trimming side metal up to 6" in some areas. Should make servicing a LOT easier. I love it without vinyl, definitely need to do a shoot in the spring before it’s plastered with new sponsors next season.
Running in a pro series now, with sponsors, so yeah I suppose so. Though it’s odd to say it. My goal is a Top 5 overall in the championship my first year out. We’ll see what happens, maybe I’m a bit optimistic.
