I doubt for many reasons that the MTO dont know their stuff. This maybe a one in a million chance that this guy didnt know his stuff because from what Ive seen these guys are good.
You can usually tell how good they are as soon as you pop the hood. If they get distracted by your polished valve cover, you know that they know nothing.

Bling the fuck out of the engine bay and throw in some random shit like a BUD can for a coolant overflow, so you can talk about that instead.
