whats everyone think of this?
thinking about picking it up for something different
It’s different. I’m honestly suprised at the price since it is a 75 and not a huge collector car. But it is clean. If its what you like, I don’t see it going over $6000
im not a fan of that car at all…but i dont have to drive it, u would!
Seems nice, definitely would be a rarity in this area.
Don’t expect it to be fast though, more of a cruiser.
Heavy + Highway geared.

the owner said he figures its good for mid 13s
I would throw some 3.55s or so at it along with a posi
its a highly undesirable year, unoptioned mopar, not worth more than $5K
and I am highly doubting that it is a 13.5 sec car, 14.5 is more like it
if you like the shape look at something like an '85 'Bu

havent gotten one, try resending
meh. you’re all over the place, man. Lots of prospects, but you really gotta narrow it down, what exactly do you want out of this car? stick/auto, what brand, EFI/carb - test drive some stuff in the area, if you want. but kinda get the feeling that if you dove into a car right now, there’s a good chance that very close down the road it wouldn’t be for you. i don’t personally like this car, but shit - that’s not my choice to make.
just figure out what you want this car to do, then we can help you as much as we can.
I have basically 4 interests
1- a low mileage very nice shape Ls1 F body, stock
2- a very built Lt1 f body in nice shape
3- a nice Lt1 caprice or Impala SS
or lastly something 1965-1979, I have a wide interest in tastes as far as older cars, newer cars not so much
I need something auto, I have a problem with my right elbow and shifting shit out manually makes it hurt like a bitch : (
what’s your budget again? i know you posted it somewhere before…
EDIT: also, how far are you willing to travel? Lots of cars down here, rust-free for kickass prices
Terrible year for the Road Runner.
i don’t think for that budget you’re going to find either an LT1 impala or an LS1 f-bod with low miles… i’ve looked down here for some time, nothing good for that cheap
best bet might be a built LT1 f-bod. There’s Lots out there, the orig. shortblock is typically kinda throwaway - and you can def find them for that price

theres a clean clean black 96 SS with 60k for sale locally, he is at $9,995 I have $9, I really dont have any extra to spare and so far hes not budging, I’m working on it though : )
shit, really?? i’d hold out for that beast then! best of luck man, i love those cars
there’s one at a local lot for like $7500 that’s got a rust-free body, but some dings, oh - and a smashed out pass side window. That sounds like a smokin’ deal you found.
yeah I am hoping
Also considering getting a black and white 9c1 Caprice out of california, I would throw all the lights on it except the light bar, shine it up and take it to some cruise nights and or car shows…
Not many Lt1 caprices around here that arent rusted to shit these days
