i don’t know how the envoy was but everytime i’ve taken the TB from my mom it’s hauled ass…and this was her old one which was the I6 on the extended trailblazer…6400lbs…heavy as hell but always hauled ass…she now has a smaller one since chevy discontinued the extended TB…it hauls ass…i could never see it struggling with a 19’ boat, but who knows, i drive a 4banger and can barely get up a damn hill with 4 people in it lol
