Well, cowl’s done. Welded in the fender extentions last night, POR’d the whole shebang and seamsealed it with 3M caulk and brush-on sealer. What a dirty whore that was :lol: She’s off the blocks and rolling again.
When I got under the dash to bolt the center support up to the new metal, it was 100% dead on. Nothing like fixing it better than the factory made it.
Had to do some banging away when I first mounted the panel to clear the clutch cable - the PO had cut the lower cowl panel, where the rain water runs - to clear it. :bloated: Mine doesn’t effect water runoff at all, put a few test gallons through it.
LED sequential taillights, reverse and front markers came in this morning.
