What’s the point? Spend time and money fabbing up a setup to have LESS power than stock?
For the money you would spend on something like that, there are much better options.

You need to step out of Initial D land, and back to reality. Do you know how much work and money it would take to have a turbo 4age running at 10,000rpm?
