figured id put this on here, old but hey why not?.. 6/15/07 my accident, yes i was wearing shorts and a tshirt… Do i regret it? shirt no, shorts yes i wish i had pants on… To this day i am all good besides my left knee now locks up couple times a week, especially w. a lot of up and down stairs/running… GREAT…
Bike: 04’ yamaha fz6, those pics are after i just got installing all my aftermarket goodies and a nice wash/wax/photoshoot… Was going for a 15min ride to go make the 1st payment and a lady cut me off, i swirved to miss her but between her back bumper tapping my front tire and hitting a huge hole in the road at the same time from swirving away from her, i was done… slid 100+ ft, was going about 45-50mph and the best part is she took off…!!! :headbang :headbang :headbang

I’m glad you didn’t get hurt more and are still alive to talk about it, any crash you walk away from is a good crash.
91teg: bike wasnt totaled, i had basic coverage so nothing was covered. So i was stuck with a 6500 loan and a banged up bike. Wish i had full coverage cause i would have had the bike fixed. I want to ride again so bad, however i was out of work and no money coming in and it hurt me financially. I never want to go through that again, i am finally all caught up with everything and the bike is paid off! Someday ill ride again…Maybe on dirt tho ha
Vlad: Yes i have graphs on my right arm, i couldnt bend my arm past 90deg even all healed up so graphs were needed…great!
Pete: Bike was parted out. If i was to fix the bike, total damages to make the bike 100% again was roughly 500-800 which isnt bad. However i refuse to ride again, so i parted it out and put that money on the loan/into my car last summer. I have the muffler and all busted parts left to make for a cool collage(sp?) in my garage once i get it up to par again.
good for you on knowing “when to say when.” i feel the same way about bikes. they should be respected a lot more. personally i may never get one just because i think i’d kill myself, or hurt myself bad. whether it would be my fault, or somebody else hitting me i dunno.

91teg: you misunderstood a little, i would LOVE to ride again BUT the only reason im hesitant is the whole financial crap that goes down when im out of work. I never want to put myself through that again, i like NOT living paycheck to paycheck and being able to have fun. For about 2-3 months i was strapppped beyond belief trying to play catch up. Been ridin the ol '00 YZ125 with a few aftermarket goodies. I’ve always had a thing for the 2-strokes. Love the way they scream… and smell lol. And yea it is deff hard to find people to ride with, so if you do get back on one let me know. I fuckin hate thieves man that shit sucks, i am always paranoid about my bike, they are so easy to steal. :ninja
yah id definetly go w. a honda dirtbike, streetbikes im all yamaha tho. go figure… The only thing holding me back is no one to ride with or a place to ride…
