we put new pump packing in a firetruck today. in order to seat the seals, you need to run the pump at various pressures/time intervals. For the last segment, MOST of our shop had cleared out (shop guys work till 3:30).
So i said fuck it, put on some of my shop clothes i had in the speeeeeed shop, and went to town :sario: :gotme:

that hose gets rock hard at about 150psi… if it we’re to come out of our hands…and it were to hit someone… GOOD LUCK! hell, even the pulses that pump through the hose can break your leg… this shit is no joke
