I’ve been told a hundred times, never put that oil back in the motor.
Make that #1 for you.
Mine vented right into my filter… which ultimately went directly into my turbo. Fuck octane.

Are you keeping the AWD?
I guess that means there are a hundred people that don’t know what they are talking about, lol. Sure, it would be bad if you had the thing full of water, and then DUMPED it back into the crank case… but if you had a constant drain line back to the crank case, the ratio of water/vapor to oil would never be any different at any given time than the crank case itself. Engines are “supposed” to run hot enough to boil water out of the oil.
Would you faggots stop debating PCV in my thread? Kthanks
Here have some pics…built more stuff.
Get all this stuff
Do a bunch of measuring and cutting.
Do some welding
Now look at what we have! This was just a test fit all the silicone was uncut. I did some trimming and everything fits perfect with good airspace everywhere.
Some perspective of how big the turbo is ha
^That’s a 2L bottle in the last picture…lol.
Talk about jamming 20 pounds of shit in a 5 pound bag. Nice job on the routing, looks like everything was a pretty tight fit.
Yeah man that is what I was saying last night. We have really fit all that we could in this bay.I am pretty happy how “easy” this was to make. I just looked at it one day. drew it out how I wanted it and ordered the materials. Everything worked great! BTW I made it using stainless steel and silicone couplers from columbia river.
Thanks Turbociv, 99civicSI and motocross for the help last night.
I still have to make a turbo drain line I THINK I have that figured out lol then some small changes to the rad and vacuum lines. That about finishes the mechanical aspect of the build.
Holy jesus. Your turbo could def eat mine. haha
Dan
Why the reducer for the coolant line? Picture makes it look like it is just flopping around in the coupler.
Second question. Will these withstand the heat of the downpipe?
It is a 1.25 pipe in a 1.25 coupler that is just a shadow perhaps. I used the reducer because the fitting on the water pump is 1.25 and the fitting on the rad is 1.5.
I am not too worried about heat with all of the thermal barrier products on the market.
 Closer every day.
at LEAST
Settle down there chief, I’m not troubleshooting anything. Picture just makes it look like there is a big gap in the pipe/coupler
I am not unsettled. Shadow maybe but deff no gap. If there was a problem like a huge gap I assure you I would be on top of it and don’t need someone in my build thread to point it out for me. Sorry if you have taken offense to my response.
Edited my response for ya. Should be nicer now
looks like it’s going to be pretty slow
It might be
Any progress is still progress.
PS, I am boycotting this build until I get added to the thank you list… <3
HA! I have thanked you a million times in the thread ya asshole. PS I JUST came in.
That list is from build V1.0 ya silly.
