sounded fucking awesome this afternoon what happened to heeeterzzzz when i get outa work at midnite?
Well the car is CLOSE to being finished. Interior is about 75% but as always I ran into MORE issues.
Hood won’t latch properly so after hours of trying to make it work I ordered a new cable because I think that is the issue, it will be here friday.
Also I can’t get pedal pressure in the brakes. I can pump it up but after like 30sec I can push it to the floor again. I bled then a ton so maybe it has a leak somewhere but I called it quits there. Just didnt feel like working anymore. Car could easily be drivable with a days worth of work assuming no more major issues but it has a ton that needs to be sorted still.
If you are still having issues I am free tomorrow night. I won’t be near a computer but give me a call anytime during the day and we can go from there.

IanK is holding out. Once it is off jack stands ill get some heater vids. But I am not sure when I will work on it again. It has been one day a week lately.

Once you check for leaks, try a gravity bleed on the hydraulic systems (clutch and brakes). Just fill each reservoir with fluid and crack a bleeder. Run a few tanks of fluid through the clutch and one or two per corner on the brakes. Works like a charm for my S2k.
Wordski. I want to try that thing newman has rigged up. We will see but this shouldn’t be a major issue. I have somewhere to be at like 8ish tomorrow night and am busy till about 5 but might try to sneak in about 2hrs of wrench time to see what I can figure out. I really just want to take it for a ride around the block!
So I am looking for insight on something…not something I typically like let alone ask for. I have two sets of wheels the chrome asa’s in the pics and a set of matte black fno1-rc’s. Due to the fno1s being wider that is probably what I will be running…But I am having a hard time picking a color. Now I am not a fan of black wheels but I am not going to lie I tossed them on and the car looks really nice.
Consider that my car is basically alllll black, tinted tails, markers, windows. so

Paint them Gold? i like gold on black cars.
Paint them a charcoal color like my BBS wheels on the M5.
