My current project .... designing VERY complete Ford T-bucket Plans ... 56k gtfo

i had given up on this project a while back because i had a Wiki article on HR.com which was constantly getting vandalized by people who thought they knew better then me on what should be in said Wiki article

but recently i joined a new forum and got back into the project, and now ive moved up to having some of my stuff laser cut …

first parts out of the gate: column drop brackets:

the center one above is just a cutdown version of the flat one, which can then be welded in to a hairpin for the front or rear suspension, as a stiffener:

also drew up some rear axle brackets, which are being quoted now:

and then theres some rear buggy spring brackets that ive started on, the tab fits into the slot, weld them up, and add a piece of tube to the slot for the spring shackle to bolt to. makes for easy alignment during assembly and one less piece to try to hold / tack, ill eventually add a shock mount and make it mate to the backside of the above axle brackets for a one piece look

and just a couple front perches, spring over, spring under, different amounts of drop, some are 1/2 wrap on the crossmember, others are full wrap (have to be installed before the crossmember is welded to the frame)

and then theres the adjustable rear perch im working on, something like 4 1/2" of adjustability depending on which holes you use for the bolts … 3/8" at a time

(see next post for that image)
