little less because i got it at her cost + taxes over the yrs. but yeah its one of the smallest and cheapest on the street, you pay for the neighborhood and the land. I live 2 doors down from a mini castle. guy across the street has a GT3, aside from a couple bmw’s i dono what else they have i just caught a peek of it in the garage. my friend in HS lives maybe 6houses up the other way, and her family owns Niagara blower, and Kissing Bridge, its a unique neighborhood
