The old cabinets and oven go to the mother-in-law. Yeah! I get to install another kitchen. The part that sucks is she lives in an upstairs condo 
As for the fireplace, I was going to stud it out and paint it, but it adds somecharacter to the old house and it would then stick out into the doorway to the back family room. So it’s not going to happen.
