My OnRoad Nitro R/C build.

As you can see I only drilled the front holes. The camera and shit light dont do the pearl justice… that shit POPS outside. And I dont like how the headlights came out, i like the silver and black fade, but the blue “projector” is gehy. The entire sticker sheet is all good and has headlights on it so you can slap them on.

BTW, I love painting bodys. I have alot of colors and a bunch of airbrushes, and everything else I need to pull off some cool shit, so if you want me to pain a body for you just lemmi know.

WTF. I couldnt find the greddy body local… i wanted that one bc it came with the interfooler. Altho the Nismo edition (i have) came with better stickers … lol.

BTW that body came out great. Painted the outside didnt you… I think the 350z is the first im painting on teh inside. I never did bc the fuel eats the paint…

wat? You paint the outside!!! I allways paint the inside. Not only does it save the paint job when you crash, it is very glossy and easy to clean. I use all kinds of paints, FasKolor, Pactra, SpazStix… I never had a problem with fuel eating the paint, what kind of rocket fuel are you using! There is a sealant coat you can spray a layer of if there is any consern. I picked up the body at hobby town last year.

:rofl

You paint lexan bodies from the outside, Jeff? :rofl

:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Face-fucking-palm

LOL Jeff…

I’ll have to dig out my toys and post some pics… 60mph Mini-T anyone?:excited

? theres no difference. Its called not crashing, and if i did, i have 4 other bodies on standby. Ive had no problems on the outside! The gas ALWAYS eats at the paint thus making the rear and driver side look like shit. Theres no face palm about it. ALOT of people do it on the outside… I use nothing but top fuel/monster/trinity @ 30% nitro.

Will post pics of the new truck and progress, on this money pit!

In my 10+ yr career in R/C I have never, not once, heard of an intelligent person painting a polycarb body from the outside.

Retards/kids painting their first shell maybe.

Your and idiot

:rofl ok, even tho both sides are treated the same… I.e, paint sticking, both sides could get damaged… Its a matter of opinion. period

Douche

ok so what happens when you roll your car with a shell painted on the outside?

You have to re-spray it. Not to mention if you want a decent finish on the outside of the shell you’d have to clear it.

Which is totally retarded, considering you could save yourself many headaches and paint it on the inside, having a much more durable and uniform finish with less than half of the work.

Plus people who know what they’re doing won’t make fun of you.

you need a life

you more or less cant roll a onroad like mine, unles your serverly retarded.

Like i said before, i only did it bc of the fuel, and if one gets wrecked i have 4 more ready to be put on.

350z
AE86
Alfa Romeo
Skyline
BMW M3…which i hit a curb and fucked shit up…

:haha says the kid that trains fish.

:hug still love you.

you fucking train fish? :rofl :rofl :rofl

Can’t roll an onroad touring car?

I bet you I can get yours to roll :rofl

they were fucking smart, and i only “trained” them to come to the top and/or jump out of the water for their food so FU

oh yeah they are all dead, my piranhas ate them, im picking up 2 more tonight here is a vid of my 3 eating one of the baby oscars

make them do a barrel roll

:rofl… i bet you can get your M3 to roll over it… lol.

When i go out this weekend, ill put on the alfa body (shittest body i have) and try to roll it @ 30mph. With the tires i have, i dont think its possible. But nothings impossible!

:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl @ barrel roll. that would be awsome

240: http://www.parmapse.com/Images/PaintImages4Web/09Sml.jpg… painting the inside. just like they are suposed to be. not to mention bodies all come with overspray protective film applied to the OUTside of the bodies. I am just fuckin wit yah dude.

Honestly, check Faskolor paints. I have been using them and they are great. More paint for the cost per bottle. Acrylic so it is water (i use clear windex for thinner) cleanup/thinner. And by it self it is fuel proof. They also make a Faskoat which is yet another level of protection. You have to raise your airbrush pressure to 50-70psi instead of the 15-25psi for the other paints.

i have a couple air brushes if u wanna buy one lol
