My Suspension Restoration Project

So about 150km later I’m starting to get use to the stiffness of the ride and it seems the more I drive the less I notice it. Hitting train tracks is really not as bad as I had figured it would be but I have yet to go over a real rough set/area. Than with the Subframe mounted solid the resonating frequency of everything increase quite a bit. Between 70-90kph you can really hear the LSD doing its thing which takes a bit of getting use too but once you get up over 100kph it goes away. Traction has defiantly improved which is quite noticeable, and I’m on crappy motormaster tires to boot. Car rolls effortlessly and feels like new (gotta love all new wheel bearings).

Over all I’m extremely pleased so far and excited to see how things get once I make some changes as well has having proper tires and a proper alignment. Not 100% sure of my overall cost right now but if I had to ball park it I would say $1200, which as far as I’m concerned is totally worth it since some people spend that alone on coilovers. And the bonus of it all is piece of mind knowing nothing is worn or old and if I get blitz I aint getting a ticket for shit!

Forgot…

Picture of how it sits now. Seems and feels low enough to me thou I know most people on the board have their car sitting lower but the suspension arms sit damn near perfectly straight so I dont even think I want to throw on the stance coils since it will just make it stiffer and throw the arms out of whack.

Yo bro i coulndt leave this page without say, keep up the SICK work man, all the parts look awesome, hopefully u post the finish product when comepleted. Make me wanna do all of that.

(Plz ignore the last part of wut i said in the msg, about the finish product, pic dowloaded after i rote it)
