there was a comparison in a mag not long ago of a 454sbc vs. 454bbc. small block made more hp and torque.
the thought crossed my mind a few times. we have a 76 360 ford high boy and 92 ford 460 trucks at work. i know i could have these motors for next to nothing , i did all the maintenance on the trucks for the last 5 years so i know there all good. but i hate ford motors
