the compressor wheel on my fpgreen is actually bigger than the wheel in the 3076r… the hotside it effin tiny tho… 8cm^2 housing with a 3" inlet… at least its ported too

You cant argue with results tho. Its like the 30R was made for Hondas. Try one of the new Borg Warner turbos for something different or maybe a Precision Turbos Garrett hybrid.

the gt3040r actually has a 35r compressor wheel not a 40r compressor wheel. so whenever anyone referes to the gt40 wheel like a t3/gt40 its a 61mm 35r wheel.
i think its worth it to just upgrade to a 35r if you are considering the 3082r.
35r requires too much work to fit and run right on my car. for the 3082 all i need is the 870cc. everything else i have would work with it… remember my turbo goes near the firewall.
Careful with that. A bad motor mount and you might have some contact.
