N Tonawanda area help

I’m looking at two income properties in NT, being from amherst and moving up from texas I know nothing about NT…

1st property is on keil st, this is one street north of robinson between payne and oliver.

2nd property is on bryant st, south of robinson between payne and twin cities.

Any opinions on these 2 areas would be greatly appreciated.

Keil is one street NW of the pin, and bryant is just SE of the pin.

well to be honest. The property on Bryant will keep you in a slightly higher class of renters for the most part. Its more of a family neighborhood. On keil st is mostly multi family homes and you tend to see alot of come and go renters in that area of town. Not to mention the trash and hood rats that tend to wander off from oliver in that area. I myself rented there when I was 18 with a bunch of friends, I wouldnt dream of living that close to oliver again. Ive lived in NT my whole life, if you need anymore info just let me know
