But don’t forget that a dedicated “Z” Club already exists in the city (has for like 14 years and is still bigger than the recently formed Calgary Z Club ). The biggest single cluster of Z’s here in Edmonton currently belong to the EZCC. And while some 240SX owners may feel out of place in a club dominated by Z Cars, likewise some 300ZX owners may feel the same with respect to a club that is predominately 240SX/180SX/Silvia/SilEighty, etc. oriented.
I’m on the exec of the EZCC, but also joined the NECC finally, and hope to get the best of both worlds!
About the 300’s, TJ didn’t end up comming for some reason, Dru’s car was being played with by the cops, Matt was busy and couldn’t come, Scott’s car is in the process of a swap (there, I think i explained where they were ) I wish i could have gotten a better pic of Jason’s car (cause I could use a new wallpaper 8) ) but the camera was acting all funny later on in the night. I can’t wait till my DSLR gets here.
Yea I can’t wait for a REAL digital camera. I’d use the Nikon D70 I have but conventional film is a hassle for stuff like meets (where I wanna post the stuff right away on the net).
The DSLR is only a Rebel but hopefully it’ll take some nice pics.
The Canon digital rebel is a pretty awesome camera, especially for the price. A lot better than the digi I have now anyway, but not near as amazing as the Fuji S2.
Well it was a great turnout this Sunday, glad to see some new faces around and one new member added (don’t forget to bring money to the next event if you haven’t paid your fees yet!).
We hung out at Kelseys downtown for a bit, then went on a cruise to Hawerlak park, and then to McDonalds for some eats. Sorry I didn’t get pics of everyone’s car, the battery’s died in the camera. Anyways, here are the pics (Chris, you know which one i want, send it over!):
