i bought a pretty expensive necklace from him and had not seen or heard anything from him in nearly 5 months. paypal refunded my money after a month or so, but he still, im pretty pissed, esp after he emailed me a few weeks ago asking if i still wanted the necklace.
If hes in Troy why didnt you just do the transaction in person?
he goes to school in troy. he doesnt live in troy. only gave me his school address. he lives in eastern mass area and i didnt have the time to do a personal transaction. i did get my money back, i am just pissed at this kid that he has the nerve to ask if i still want it after he already tried to steal my money once.
