He immediately texted me afterwards “Just went and filed a police report because your stalking and harassing m, continue to do so and criminal charges will be filed by my attorney”

The court told me I have to hire an attorney to press contempt charges on him.

I’d keep that text message. Threats for properly and legally serving court papers could make for a nice bit of character evidence if needed (in my completely unqualified opinion.) Unless you really did do some stupid shit like film yourself pulling shit on him when you served the papers, in which case enjoy your harassment counter-suit. :tup:

Yup. Loan, with signed/notarized contract.
I could file paperwork to get his motorcycle seized + sold at auction…but the dmv form takes 2-3 weeks to get, and hes moving in 1 week…
And its for sale on Craigslist, it’ll probably be sold within 2-3 weeks…and the sheriff wants $906 in order to seize it
