[B]i have replaced just about every sensor already. i am thinking maybe i have possible burnt up my rings doing this motor didn’t get broken in to long before i started having my problems. heres what ive done trying to get this so far… new fuelpump, all relays, fuel filter, crank sensor, cam sensor, maf, swapped ecms, ignition module, coil pack, 3 sets of plugs already, and wires. i have spark, injector pulse and plenty of fuel pressure. compression was at around 120 on all cyclinders last time i check… (this has .030 over trw’s to. i don’t know if it should be higher or not. but when i crank it i am getting black/blueish smoke coming out the exhaust and through the breathers on the valve covers. and i can smell gas in my
blueish smoke would be oil. [blow by]
black smoke [rich too much fuel]
if the rings were shot it would still start but smoke like a civ
my bike was having the same problem kinda and they have to under jet it
maybe your just getting way too much fuel try setting it a lot lower
in my case i swapped everything like you did and i finally gave up took it to
a specialist and conclusion after running it on adyno was it was too rich

is the motor popping thru the exhaust or intake?
check plugs to see if they are flooded?
adjust your fuel flow
pull all the plugs and let the raw fuel vent out
is your air intake clogged[not letting enough fuel in?]
good luck

i have adjusted my fuel from 38 psi when key is turned on, down to about 20 where it is now, still no difference. i thought the tps maybe, but scan master reads .38 to 4.35 on tps. i threw a new set of plugs in on sunday. same with a new set of magnacore wires on, and reset the cam sensor, still nothing… and last time i was able to get it to fire i was getting a pop throught the exhaust and i could only keep it running if i kept my foot on the gas. and rpms i could only get to about 2000. well anymore ideas ??

okay assuming your oil doesnt have gas or antifreeze in it,the maf you have replaced , i hope it wasnt an advance or napa unit or the car will never run.good tps should be .42-.45 then foot on gas should be higher than 4.5 up to 4.79. are the injectors stock?is the orange wire (pcm signal wire)hooked up behind the batt and in good shape???did you call shawn yet?

i know poppin thru the exhaust usually means the timing is off
since there is no dist.[if dist. is 180 it will pop] how about you purse generator? is that good?
if tps is off it should still start[ i can take my tps off my stang and it will still start]
and holding the pedal down was a big no no! could really damage motor [depending on situation]

ok lets think about this on a dist. less ignition you have a pulse generator, spark unit, and a rotor of some type
did the motor ever run? if not who installed the cam? if not degree’d right wont start correctly or not at all
plug wires right? you have power to the pulse generator? is the ecm good? and the rotor mounted on correctly like off a
tooth or not.

how is the timing set on this ride? have some one check the timing if it is adjustable. if adjustable see if moving it around
does anything.
see what this does and let me know what goes on
