Well I was away for couple days and when I got home the computer was freezing. I then turn it off and tried to turn it back on again but nothing happened. It doesn’t start at all. So I thought the power supply is dead and got a new one and still wont start. The mobo has a red light turn on when the power is plugged in. I’ve tried to removed the rams then vga but still won’t start. Anyone has any ideas? Thanks.

I have that motherboard. Try taking the battery out and pulling the jumper for the BIOS reset. Leave it like that for 20 minutes. That motherboard has a “backup” BIOS which has a safety trigger of sorts.
Hell, you may even go to turn it on tomorrow and it’ll work.
Also, remove everything but RAM, Video, CPU and motherboard as you do all of this.
Good luck
It doesn’t work. Anyone wants to take this job?
