The kid was walking down the street with some junk food minding his own fucking business when the numbnut (self appointed neighborhood watch leader, who was expelled from college in the criminal justice program, who has called 911 for non-emergencies 46 times for everything to open garage doors to stray dogs) decided to harass him and treat him like criminal.
