I need to know if Pennsylvania has strict laws on underbody neons. Like, in Ohio, you cannot have red or blue lights anywhere because it can be mistaken for an emergency vehicle. Or that, in Ohio, the beam from the neons cannot go farther than 75 feet from the car to the end of the beam of light. Laws like that. I went to the DMV site, but it didn’t mention anything regarding aftermarket lighting.
In PA its classified as ordimental lighting and is technically illegal to have on the car period, But as long as you do not drive with them on you will be fine. Like if you sit in a parking lot and have them on or what not but once you hit the streets turn them off.

Great ideas! Maybe I’ll get those things along with about a dozen strobe light kits. Then, everyone can have a seizure along with going blind.

yea he’s right about that, but i have actually been bitched at just for having them on while parked on the side of the road and writen a warning for it as “ornamental lighting prohibited”
and before i catch all kinds of shit for having the lights in the first place, i got them for free so i threw them on. if i was gonna put 150-200 bucks into my car it wouldnt be on lighting

i had my windows blacked out on the daytona for about a week (took it off cuz couldnt see shit at night) but never got pulled over, thats why i kept the blue light on top. plus had a sticker on the back bumper ( the black sticker with the blue across the middle) means police, so they didnt really mess with me.

even if you sit in a public parking lot you can get a ticket for having neons. as long as its private location they cant say shit but if your chilling in the walmart or [any lot] they can ticket you.
