I have a 5 year old male German Shepherd(AKC) with Schutzland training.
145lbs ! He is unbelievable with my kids! I also use him as a tow truck.
If you really want to get in to training let me know, these dogs are very smart…unlike their owners!
Mine is 100lbs, 6years old… and extremely smart… and spiteful. If he’s not getting enough attention from us he goes and eats the bathroom garbage or pisses on something. :squint: He also has “selective listening”, where he only listens to what you say if it interests him, otherwise he just turns his head and walks away. When we first got him he helped me with yard work. I was pulling on a huge grape-vine trying to get it off, and he came behind me and started pulling on it w/ his teeth.
