just bought a 86 camaro z28… for now its for a 305, 4bbl, 5 speed, posi rear end and flowmaster exhgust… plans for spring are the 460 small block sitting in my garage… we will see though… might pick up a c4 vette this weekend pics will be up soon… if anyone has parts lmk, i could really use a set of headers

Also if you plan on putting in that 460 you might want to think about switching trannys, that one will not hold the torque of a 350 let alone a 460.

If you want to stick with a manual tranny I would try and swap a T56 in there.
Or just go with a built TH350 or 400.
And remember depending on what power that motor makes that you only have a 7.5" 10 bolt. If you put too much power behind it it will shatter like glass.
