Hello! Was over at ihatesticlers.com, and I saw this listed as a forum. Decided to check it out. We have a 2008 Mazda 3, with some mods and a 2009 Forester XT-L, that we just purchased and have a pile mods already to put on it, once the weather warms up.
A little bit about us, my husband is a mechanic and he rubbed his love for cars off on me. We have been to the dragon in 2009 with the Mazda for EECMM, and are going down again in May with the Forester with the subaruforester.org group.
We do all the work on our cars, and l make a point to do everything myself on my daily drivers, even if it takes 3x as long. As for outside of cars, we pretty much spend all our long weekends in the Adirondacks and we just like being outdoors.
We are hoping to meet some local people here and around Syracuse, with similar interests. Here are a few pictures of our cars
